Stacy Dotts

With more than a decade of real estate experience, Stacy Dotts helps buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Las Vegas market with clarity and confidence. As a REALTOR® with Simply Vegas and The Dotts Sandoz Team, she combines local market knowledge, strategic insight, and a personalized, education-first approach to every transaction.

Inspired at an early age by her family's hands-on home transformations, Stacy developed a lasting passion for helping clients recognize the potential in every property. She serves Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson, specializing in residential sales, first-time homeownership, relocation, and real estate investments.

Her background in distressed properties, foreclosure prevention, and home staging provides valuable insight in complex situations, from helping homeowners explore pre-foreclosure alternatives to strategically positioning a property for a successful sale.

Beyond real estate, Stacy serves as Chief Operating Officer of a nonprofit focused on housing stability for underserved communities. That work keeps her close to the housing challenges residents face every day. Clients value her responsiveness, attention to detail, and straightforward guidance.
